Feb. 26th, 2007 12:28 amOn another note, it seems that the forces of the universe are preventing me from carrying a watch. For the past few years, I have not been able to wear watches for more than a few days before they just stopped working. I've had all sorts. Some were cheap, but I also had a Gucci and a gold watch my mom gave me for my birthday a few years ago. The expensive ones I'd keep bringing back to the jewelers, and they'd do whatever to make them work again. A few days later, they'd stop. Eventually, I have up and just didn't wear a watch. But a while ago I decided to take my Gucci and the gold one back to the jeweler. On one they replaced the battery, the other supposedly started working as soon as they opened the back. Well, I wore the Gucci one for a whole three days before it stopped working at 9:15 today. Don't know about the other one, but I suspect it'll stop working a few days after I put it on. Am I radioactive or something? LOL
