I already made a request on hp_betas, but haven't had any luck so far, so I'll post this here as well.

I need a beta for my translation of Schwarzer Spiegel. Since it's a translation, I won't be needing any advice regarding plot and such, only typo fixing and SPaG. The original is around 147,000 words/34 chapters long. I'm planning on updating about a chapter a week, though the first five chapters will go faster as they are already translated.

My birthday is in exactly three weeks (Aug. 3)! In case anyone is planning on creating a gift, here's the obligatory prompt post :)

1. A thunderstorm- bring on the snuggly!
2. A moonlight stroll. I don't care where-- on the beach, in the city, out in nature, or just around the neighborhood. It's that feeling of 'This is beatufiful; life is great; I wouldn't want to be anywhere else,' that I'm after. For HP, flying together on one broom at night would be perfect.
3. Shy!virgin!Draco or Arthur or Bradley
4. Making out on the Hogwarts Express, surrounded by candy wrappers.
5. "You didn't tell me we were going into the forest!"

I'm asking because my experience was *ahem* different, and I'm curious to see if anyone else's was as well. My first foray into writing porn was at a very young age *cough*aboutthirteen*cough* My best friend and I wrote stories about ourselves with our favorite celebrities. Sometimes we'd write them for each other; other times we'd collaborate and write one that featured both of us, lol. It was so much fun writing late into the night, then exchanging the notebooks we wrote in the next day for the other to read. If we had a sleepover, we'd work on them together, or just tell each other the damn things.

One time I went and typed up a scene from one of my stories. IDK why? Probably because my handwriting is illegible. I printed it out and forgot to take it out of the printer, and my dad found it. *facepalm* My parents didn't cause much of a scene, but they did keep it in a certain drawer with the intention of showing it to me when I was older. Thankfully I found it and shredded it before they managed to do that.

So... care to share?
